FERNOX PRODUCT INNOVATION AND MARKET LEADING EXPERTISE RECOGNISED BY H&V NEWS AWARDS

The Fernox TF1 Omega Filter has been shortlisted for the Domestic Heating Product of the Year – Controls, Components & Peripherals category for the H&V News Awards 2017. The TF1 Omega Filter has had its environmental credentials, originality and performance closely scrutinised to make the final eight entries in this prestigious category.

The annual H&V News Awards is a celebration of market excellence and best practice, bringing together the complete HVAC and building services supply chain to applaud the latest forward thinking developments.

Acknowledging the innovation and advanced filtration technology within the Fernox TF1 Omega Filter, H&V News Awards judges have shortlisted the groundbreaking filter for Domestic Heating Product of the Year – Controls, Components & Peripherals.

The TF1 Omega Filter, which was launched in July 2016, is the first high performance, nickel-plated brass filter for the domestic heating marketing available from Fernox. Precision engineered, the filter combines a powerful Neodymium magnet with unique Hydronic Particle Separation (HPS) to capture market-leading levels of system debris for safe removal.

Designed with heating engineers in mind, the flexible filter can be installed horizontally or vertically on 22mm and 28mm pipework in both flow directions. In addition, the unit can be positioned at a 45o angle if required – making installation a quick and simple process in the most confined and awkward of spaces.

When installed, cleaning the TF1 Omega Filter is a mess-free process that can be completed in-situ, without the need to remove the lid or dismantle the unit.

Francine Wickham, Global Marketing Director at Fernox said, “Following the successful launch and positive feedback surrounding the TF1 Omega Filter, we’re delighted that it has been shortlisted for the H&V News Awards.

“The H&V Awards is a crucial calendar event for the HVAC and building services supply chain, and being shortlisted is a true testament to the dedicated research and development that went into optimising the design and efficiency of the TF1 Omega Filter for both installers and homeowners.”
